JEREMY SNAPE TESTIMONIAL YEAR 2008

Jeremy is currently in India, acting as performance coach for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL and is due to return at the end of May/early June. The testimonial events calendar remains unaffected and Jeremy will be flying in to attend the Lord's Long Room dinner as planned on 13th May. He will also be present at the Moon Ball on the 6th June.

We are delighted to announce that in recognition for his outstanding contribution to cricket, Leicestershire CCC have granted Jeremy Snape a Testimonial Year in 2008.

With almost two decades as a professional cricketer, Jeremy is one of the country’s leading domestic trophy winners. Jeremy’s all-round contributions have swayed many tight situations, but he has become renowned as the world’s slowest bowler with the ‘Moon-ball’ being coined by numerous media pundits.

Jeremy has chosen to support Operation Smile UK and the Professional Cricketer’s Benevolent Fund throughout 2008.

Drawing on his playing experience and MSc in sport psychology Jeremy has produced a refreshing concept for his Testimonial Brochure which is a collection of fascinating insights from the world of elite sport entitled ‘Striving for Excellence’. These generic principles fall into themed chapters with supporting articles from over 30 international sports stars, including Martin Johnson and Tim Henman.

We have 6 high quality events to look forward to throughout 2008 starting on March 1st with the Launch at Leicester City FC. So whether you support Jeremy and his charities in the Long Room at Lords or at the exclusive ‘Moon Ball’ at the National Space Centre, we look forward to you joining the celebrations.

Contact us at the Testimonial office today for more information on how you can support what promises to be a very exciting year.
